Kids love the sweetness of the banana which makes these a healthy alternative to jam on toast. The combination of healthy fats and protein from the peanut butter is great for giving busy kids energy for the day. NB: Make sure the nut butter has no sugar added.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1-2 tsp peanut butter
  • Blueberries (optional)
