Sesame Chicken Kebabs

These yummy kebabs are really popular with kids and adults alike – serve with a side of sweet chilli sauce if you like a kick to your kebab.

Ingredients

  • 500g skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 15 mins
  • To serve:
  • Green salad

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the honey, garlic, sesame seeds, oil and soy sauce. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Thread the chicken onto skewers and cook on a lightly oiled barbeque grill or under the grill for 10 minutes, stirring all the time. Serve with a green salad.
