Spiced Pumpkin Muffins with Salted Caramel Sauce. Soft and tender muffins topped with a crunchy pecan streusel topping, and finally, served with a generous drizzling of salted caramel sauce. The recipe calls for pumpkin purée which is really simple to make, all it takes it roasting your squash of choice until tender, then mashing or pulsing it in a food processor.
