Ingredients:

  • 240g Keelings strawberries.
  • Small handful of mint.
  • 2 litres of water.
  • Ice.

 Method:

  1. Hull and slice the strawberries and leave to one side and place in a bowl along with the mint.
  2. Mash the strawberries and mint together to release their juices.
  3. Put the strawberry mix into a serving jug and throw some ice on-top (if serving immediately).
  4. Fill the jug with water and stir. Leave in the fridge for as long as you like – the longer you leave it, the more the flavours will combine.
