Catherine Fulvio’s Ballyknocken Cookery School in Wicklow offers a calendar full of cookery classes in February that will get you through the rest of the year!

Just because it’s the shortest month, it doesn’t mean February in Ballyknocken Cookery School isn’t packed with a full schedule of Cookery Classes to suit every palate and get you through the year.

Start with Catherine’s Italian influence and you can choose from one of three Italian courses, choose from ‘Taste of Tuscany’, ‘Southern Italian’ or ‘Eat Like an Italian’.  While the rest of the month’s classes will see you through the year with ‘30 Minute Mains’ and ‘Fab Fast Meals’ providing midweek meal solutions to boot while ‘Recipes for The Weekend Chef’ and ‘Breads and Baking’ promise to provide recipes for entertaining, birthdays and family gatherings.

The Class costs €125.00 person and includes a full tour of the herb and vegetable garden to gather ingredients as well as a full tasting menu, suite of recipes and course certificate. Accommodation is available in 4* Ballyknocken Farmhouse from €59.50 pps.
