We love a good husband and wife team here at I Love Cooking, and the success of Green Olive Event Catering hinges on its directors, Val and Jacinta Lynam. The duo have an impressive CV, having worked both front and back of house at some of the country’s most successful eating houses, including The Lodge At Doonbeg and Gregan’s Castle.

So, what’s so great about them?
Val and Jacinta are passionate about Irish produce, and are committed to using sustainable, quality ingredients. They prefer to source their ingredients from local suppliers in the west of Ireland.
