Clodagh McKenna has just launched Clodagh’s Kitchen For Bia, the new onboard menu available on Aer Lingus. The menu features a range of lunch and snack options including a carrot cake muffin (NOM. We are intriqued by the cheese board featuring Gubeen and artisan oatcakes (€4.50) and the addition of a Croque Monsieur, or Cheesey Mister (€5), as Clodagh likes to call it.
