Liquid Curiosity is holding Irish Craft Beer Workshops in Cork. The workshops will give a basic introduction to Craft Beer, with an overall look at the brewing process. There will be a strong emphasis on tasting and assessment, styles and food matching. The course will start with a brief overview of the brewing process, and the components that affect flavour in beer.
You will learn to taste beers with a view to assessing their quality, and you will gain the knowledge to identify and communicate with customers about key styles.
The best Irish craft beers will be used throughout the event to help you develop a strong ability to detect different styles and processes.
The course includes:
- Course notes
- 36 tasting samples
- Tasting notes on all beers
- Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea
- Certificate of completion
The workshops cost €70
