HOLD THE PHONE. National Geographic Magazine has said it was ‘blown away’ by Dublin’s foodie scene. Saying “the quality, creativity, and dedication to locally sourced ingredients we witnessed were on par with what you’ll find in some of the most sophisticated cities in the world – yet set apart by a uniquely Irish emphasis on comfort and simplicity”, the article went on to give shout outs to Ross Lewis at Chapter One, the crew at Coppinger Row, and basically, the whole of Stoneybatter.
