East Coast Cookery School

The East Coast Cookery School is offering a fun programme of Christmas themed classes and hands on demos, hosted by Tara Walker. The classes include a DIY Christmas Cake class where you can bring their own tin and make your own cake. Then bring it home and feed it for a few weeks before coming back to decorate it in a sugar craft class! And Kids can get hands on too, with a Cookery Day aimed at 8 to 13 year olds!

DIY Christmas Cake!

November 30 @ 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Join us to learn how to make your Christmas cake. All you have to do is bring your tin and we’ll help you do the rest. Bring your cake back 3 weeks later after feeding it generously with your chosen tipple and decorate it festively with Sonia, the sugar craft tutor. This class takes place over 2 evenings:  30th Nov & 14th Dec.

Tara’s Classic Christmas Cooking Demo Night

December 4 @ 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Get into the festive spirit with this lovely evening of Christmas cooking. This class is a long-running and always popular night. Full of tried & tested recipes to make your Christmas a delicious one! Enjoy a glass of mulled wine on arrival and settle in for a cosy evening of tasty dishes and wine pairings.
