Irish Food Co-op Launches

Big congratulations to The Irish Food Co-op, a group of Kilkenny food producers who started this not for profit cooperative of Irish artisan producers in an effort to maximise sales and distribution. They are “a producer-owned food co-operative that links food producers from the south east of Ireland to the rest of the country”.
