Master The Macaroon!

Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery School are running a VERY EXCITING COURSE on Tuesday 1st of July from 7.30pm – 9.30pm. If you have ever wanted to make your own macaroons and gift them to friends and family a la Ladurée, well you’re in luck! DCS will teach you some of the magic and take you through the step by step methods of producing the perfect macaroon every time. The course costs €70 and can be booked here.

If you’ve got a taste for sauces, then DCS’s Sauces & Salsas class taking place on June 30th might be for you. This course will show you the techniques and methods to create modern and innovative accompaniments for fish, poultry and meats.  If you want to develop your techniques and repertoire further, this is a significant opportunity for you to bring added flavour, dimension and colour to your cooking.
