Avonmore have just launched Avonmore Protein Milk, a low fat milk with 50% extra protein. It was designed for anyone who enjoys sport or exercise, offering a quick, easy and delicous source of protein for those of us who want to up our protein intake. It tastes great, and has 50% extra high quality whey and casein protein in every carton, so will help to rebuild and grow muscle mass, as well as providing a great source of calcium, vitamin B12 and added vitamin D.
