Oh Mon Dieu! Brown Thomas are teaming up with Patrick Guilbaud to relaunch The Restaurant on their third floor. Boasting a recipe inspired by Monsieur Guilbaud, the restaurant has received a facelift to the tune of €90k, so mega fanciness is expected. The brilliant thing, is that this menu is going to give those of us who can’t afford a visit to Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud a chance to experience the maestro’s food at a more affordable price. We. Can’t. Wait.
