Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
To serve:
Steamed baby potatoes
Green salad
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium. Line the grill pan with foil and take the rack off. Rub a little oil over each salmon fillet, and rub the Cajun spice into each one, leaving to marinate for 10 minutes.
Grill the salmon gently for 8 – 10 minutes, skin side up.
