Introduction
Smoky Cajun spices give salmon a kick in this super healthy main meal.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
- Steamed baby potatoes
- Green salad
TO SERVE:
Method
- 1. Preheat the grill to medium. Line the grill pan with foil and take the rack off. Rub a little oil over each salmon fillet, and rub the Cajun spice into each one, leaving to marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2. Grill the salmon gently for 8 – 10 minutes, skin side up.
- 3. Serve with steamed baby potatoes and green salad.
