Smoky Cajun spices give salmon a kick in this super healthy main meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
  • TO SERVE:
  • Steamed baby potatoes
  • Green salad

Method

  • 1. Preheat the grill to medium. Line the grill pan with foil and take the rack off. Rub a little oil over each salmon fillet, and rub the Cajun spice into each one, leaving to marinate for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Grill the salmon gently for 8 – 10 minutes, skin side up.
  • 3. Serve with steamed baby potatoes and green salad.
