- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 jar tomato salsa
- 220g Cheddar, grated
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- Guacamole and chopped tomatoes
- Place 4 tortillas on a flat surface and top with salsa, grated cheese and chicken and cover with the remaining 4 tortillas. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side on a dry frying pan.
- Cut into wedges and serve with guacamole and chopped tomatoes.
