Chorizo and Gubeen Swirls

Try these tasty Chorizo and Gubeen Swirls. These pastry bites are ideal for whipping up when you have unexpected guests.

Ingredients

  • 100g Gubeen Cheese
  • 100g Chorizo Sausage, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 sheet puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4.
  2. Put the chorizo, Gubeen and oil in a food processor and pulse to a paste
  3. Spread the paste onto the puff pastry and roll up like a Swiss roll. Slice the roll into ½ inch slices. Place the slices, swirl-side-up on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
