Ingredients
- 500g round steak minced
- 100g onions, finely chopped
- 3 slices gluten-free white bread, whizzed into breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- 15g gluten-free flour
- sunflower oil, for frying
- 6 gluten-free buns
TO SERVE:
Method
- 1. Mix the finely chopped onions with the minced steak, add breadcrumbs, seasoning and herbs. Pour in the beaten eggs and mix well until the mince is clinging together. Take the mixture out of the bowl and place on a floured board. Form into burgers with your hands about 1/4 inch thick.
- 2. To cook: Fry the burgers gently in a little oil turning once for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
- 3. Serve the burgers in a toasted gluten free bun.
