Yummy, chargrilled pork kebabs, ideal for a midweek barbeque

Ingredients

  • 500g pork steak, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 125ml natural yoghurt

Method

  • 1. Rub the pork with the oregano and olive oil and set aside for 15 minutes. Skewer the pork and vegetables on soaked kebab sticks.
  • 2. Heat the grill or barbeque to high. Cook the pork for about 7 minutes, turning frequently. Rest for 3 minutes before serving with natural yoghurt mixed with the fresh mint.
