Ingredients: Little Fish Sandwich Filling:; 1 tin tuna fish, drained; 2 spring onions, very finely chopped; 3 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped; 1 tbsp mayonnaise; A little black pepper; Egg Salad Flowers:; 2 boiled eggs, peeled & chopped; 1 tbsp mayonnaise; 1 spring onion, finely chopped; 6 slices brown sliced pan; Cool Cheese Sandwiches:; 3 tbsp cream cheese; 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced; 4 slices brown sliced pan

Little Fish Sandwich Filling:
1 tin tuna fish, drained
2 spring onions, very finely chopped

2 boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 spring onion, finely chopped
6 slices brown sliced pan
Cool Cheese Sandwiches:
3 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 slices brown sliced pan

Instructions

Little Fish Sandwich Filling:
Mix everything together in a bowl and use to stuff bread rolls, mini pitta breads or vol au vents.
Egg Salad Flowers:
Mix the chopped eggs, mayonnaise and spring onion together until combined. Use a cookie cutter to cut the sliced pan into flower shapes and fill with the egg mixture.
Cool Cheese Sandwiches:
Spread the bread with the cream cheese. Layer the cucumber slices on top and sandwich together with another piece of bread. Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter or simply cut into fingers.
