Ingredients
- 1 tin tuna fish, drained
- 2 spring onions, very finely chopped
- 3 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- A little black pepper
- 2 boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 6 slices brown sliced pan
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 slices brown sliced pan

Method
- 1. <h5>Little Fish Sandwich Filling:<h5>
- 2. Mix everything together in a bowl and use to stuff bread rolls, mini pitta breads or vol au vents.
- 3. <h5>Egg Salad Flowers:<h5>
- 4. Mix the chopped eggs, mayonnaise and spring onion together until combined. Use a cookie cutter to cut the sliced pan into flower shapes and fill with the egg mixture.
- 5. <h5>Cool Cheese Sandwiches:<h5>
- 6. Spread the bread with the cream cheese. Layer the cucumber slices on top and sandwich together with another piece of bread. Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter or simply cut into fingers.
