Introduction
Meringue Ghost Brownies Meringue ghosts “float” on top of decadent, fudgy brownies. Spectacularly spooky! These are a great treat to make with the kids. This recipe is created by us and sponsored by Kenwood.

- 3 large egg whites
- 180g caster sugar
- 25g white chocolate, melted
- 5g dark chocolate, melted
- 300g good quality dark chocolate, roughly broken up
- 125g unsalted butter
- 200g granulated white sugar
- 100g soft light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 125g plain flour
