Ingredients
4 chicken fillets
Marinade
150ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
50ml olive oil
2 tbsp Siúcra Rich Dark Brown sugar
1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
2 tsp Ras Al Hanout spice blend
Instructions
For the marinade, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, brown sugar, ginger and spice seasoning together in a strong plastic bag. Add the chicken fillets and tie the bag closed. Shake and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove contents from plastic bag and grill until the meat is cooked through
