Ingredients
- I bag rocket, washed
- Balsamic Dressing
- 30g Parmesan, shaved
- 1 ripe pear
Method
- 1. Place the rocket in a salad bowl and dress before scattering with Balsamic Dressing.
- 2. Peel, quarter and core the pear. Slice each quarter into four. Add to the salad along with the Parmesan shavings and serve immediately.
