Introduction

If you think poaching an egg is difficult, think again.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread

Method

  • 1. Heat up water in a saucepan.
  • 2. Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.
  • 3. Let the water boil until its starts to form bubbles.
  • 4. Swirl the water with the end of a knife and crack an egg in.
  • 5. Let the egg poach for 2-3minutes.
  • 6. Cook each egg separately if you can so they do not combine together.
  • 7. Serve with buttered wholewheat toast.
