Introduction
If you think poaching an egg is difficult, think again.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
Method
- 1. Heat up water in a saucepan.
- 2. Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.
- 3. Let the water boil until its starts to form bubbles.
- 4. Swirl the water with the end of a knife and crack an egg in.
- 5. Let the egg poach for 2-3minutes.
- 6. Cook each egg separately if you can so they do not combine together.
- 7. Serve with buttered wholewheat toast.
