Poached Eggs

If you think poaching an egg is difficult, think again.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread

Instructions

  1. Heat up water in a saucepan.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.
  3. Let the water boil until its starts to form bubbles.
  4. Swirl the water with the end of a knife and crack an egg in.
  5. Let the egg poach for 2-3minutes.
  6. Cook each egg separately if you can so they do not combine together.
  7. Serve with buttered wholewheat toast.
