Pork and Fennel Burgers

Introduction
These burgers are so easy they are practically a cheat!
Ingredients
- 8 large, good quality pork sausages
- 1 heaped tsp fennel seeds
- Zest of 1 lemon
- To serve
- Slaw
- Baby Spinach
- Bap Rolls
Method
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas mark 4 or fire up the barbeque. Using your hands, squeeze the sausage meat out of the casings and mush together with the fennel and lemon zest. Shape into four patties.
- 2. If baking, bake for 25-30 minutes, if barbequing, cook over a medium flame for ten minutes, or until cooked through. Serve piled high with slaw and baby spinach.
