Ingredients
Banana, Chocolate & Peanut Smoothie:
- 400ml skimmed milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 30g porridge oats
- 1 tablespoon drinking chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
Cranberry & Raspberry Smoothie:
- 200ml cranberry juice
- 100ml skimmed milk
- 100ml low-fat natural yogurt
- 150g frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
Beetroot Smoothie:
- 400ml skimmed milk
- 3–4 pre-cooked baby beetroots
- 1 ripe banana
- 30g porridge oats
- A squirt of honey
Green Smoothie:
- 400ml apple juice
- 1 banana
- A good handful of spinach
- A handful of green grapes
Instructions
- For each smoothie simply blender into smooth.
