SUPER SMOOTHIES

Ingredients

  • Banana, Chocolate & Peanut Smoothie:
  • 400ml skimmed milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 30g porridge oats
  • 1 tablespoon drinking chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cranberry & Raspberry Smoothie:
  • 200ml cranberry juice
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • 100ml low-fat natural yogurt
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Beetroot Smoothie:
  • 400ml skimmed milk
  • 3–4 pre-cooked baby beetroots
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 30g porridge oats
  • A squirt of honey
  • Green Smoothie:
  • 400ml apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • A good handful of spinach
  • A handful of green grapes

Instructions

  1. For each smoothie simply blender into smooth.
