Introduction

A delicious, quick and healthy Gluten Free recipe from Kelkin, providing wholesome, healthy foods since 1976.

Ingredients

  • 150g Kelkin gluten free penne pasta
  • 1 tin of tuna in brine, drained
  • 4-5 anchovies
  • 1 hard-boiled egg cut into 4
  • handful of steamed green beans
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 30g black olives
  • TO SERVE:
  • French dressing

Method

  • 1. Cook the gluten free pasta according to the packet instructions, and then add a little drizzle of olive oil.
  • 2. While the pasta is cooking prepare your vegetables. Drain the tuna and olives.
  • 3. Once the pasta, has cooled mix in the tuna, green peppers, green beans and black olives.
  • 4. Then divide the mixture between two bowls. Place the anchovies and egg on top of the pasta salads and serve with salad dressing.
