Peanut Butter, Banana & Berry Breakfast Pots

We’re not sure this qualifies as a recipe, in the traditional sense, but it’s certainly inspiration for a delicious breakfast that takes only minutes to put together. You can swap out or add any of the ingredients to make it your own so have fun with different combinations, fruits, flavours and textures!

Ingredients

  • Mixed seeds or granola
  • Natural peanut butter
  • Vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • Sliced banana
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. In your serving bowl or glass of choice, start with a layer of mixed seeds or granola, 1-2 tbsp per dish, then top with a generous teaspoon of peanut butter followed by a spoon of yoghurt.
  2. Add some sliced banana and a few raspberries and blueberries.
  3. Add another 2 generous spoons of yoghurt on top, followed by a bit more fruit.
  4. Drizzle over a bit more peanut butter, a lovely bit of honey then seeds or granola to finish it off.
