Introduction
Sticky, spicy chicken wings that the whole family will adore.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
TO SERVE:
Method
- 1. Stir together the honey, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, fish sauce and soy sauce and coat the chicken wings with the marinade. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight if you can.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6. Pour the wings and their marinade into a baking tray and arrange skin side up in a single layer. Roast for 45 minutes until sticky, crispy and cooked through.
