Introduction

Sticky, spicy chicken wings that the whole family will adore.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1kg chicken wings
  • TO SERVE:
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

  • 1. Stir together the honey, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, fish sauce and soy sauce and coat the chicken wings with the marinade. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight if you can.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6. Pour the wings and their marinade into a baking tray and arrange skin side up in a single layer. Roast for 45 minutes until sticky, crispy and cooked through.
