Thai style chicken wings

Sticky, spicy chicken wings that the whole family will adore.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1kg chicken wings
  • To serve:
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Stir together the honey, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, fish sauce and soy sauce and coat the chicken wings with the marinade. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight if you can.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6. Pour the wings and their marinade into a baking tray and arrange skin side up in a single layer. Roast for 45 minutes until sticky, crispy and cooked through.
